CODE OF CONDUCT – SUMMARY

INKOSI CONNECT operates under licences issued by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) and is committed to providing electronic communications services in accordance with applicable South African law.

We undertake to:

Act fairly, reasonably, and without unfair discrimination.

Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, billing, and usage policies.

Investigate billing disputes promptly and fairly.

Protect customer privacy in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Process personal information lawfully and use marketing communications only where consent has been provided.

Maintain network integrity and security.

Handle customer complaints through our internal complaints process in accordance with regulatory standards.
